Welcome to the Cycling Endurance Essentials program! This six-week course is meticulously designed to provide the foundational conditioning and knowledge necessary for cyclists aiming to elevate their performance. Whether you're new to structured training or returning after a hiatus, this program is tailored to meet your needs. Our primary focus is on Frequency, Volume, and Intensity Distribution. To see significant improvements, we recommend at least 4 sessions per week, with an ideal target of 5. The volume of training will depend on your availability, but expect to commit between 5-8 hours weekly. For those at a competitive level, 6 sessions are optimal and it's likely this course probably isn't for you, feel free to contact us directly if you are looking for help with race preparation. Intensity is key to effective training. During this base-building phase, we limit hard sessions to a maximum of two per week, ensuring a balanced approach that promotes steady progress without overtraining.
